Dedicated to Our Harvesters and Associates

Our annual convention is a private event for Harvester and Associate members only. We host speakers, a live auction, entertainment, meals, and an awards banquet. Registration for vendors and harvesters opens on October 1 each year. Prepare yourself for a very special event!

Pricing

Associate members may attend as vendors with booths starting out with a 10’x10’ booth for $750. Each booth includes one complimentary badge. Additional booth space is priced at $15.00 per 5 square feet. A walk space of 2.5 feet around equipment is required. Example: 20x60 booth is $750 + (20x60=1200 - original 10x10=1100 additional, 1100 ÷ 5 =220 x$15) $3300 = TOTAL $4,050 for booth space and still just one complimentary badge. Sponsorships are available as well. Booth location is determined by merit. Our trade show is over 150,000 square feet. All fees increase December 1. Each person attending must have a name badge. Badges were due January 10. You may register on-site during registration hours only, but do prepare for a 2+ hour wait.

Everyone attending MUST attend under a membership, so if you know a harvester or vendor member, they would need to register you!
